Achievers has announced the winners of its 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America.

The annual award honours the top 50 employers in North America that are leading innovation in engaging employees and making their workplaces more productive.

“These companies are setting the benchmark for standards in employee engagement by making engaging, aligning and recognizing employees a top priority, which sets them apart from their competition,” says Cheryl Kerrigan, vice-president of employee success at Achievers.

Applicants were evaluated based on eight elements of employee engagement: communication, leadership, culture, rewards and recognition, professional and personal growth, accountability and performance, vision and values, and corporate social responsibility.

The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprising academic and thought leaders on employee engagement, from organizations such as the Society for Human Resource Management, Human Capital Institute and Human Resource Executive.
