More than 1,100 plan members have cast their votes: after sitting down with pharmacists to receive medication therapy management (MTM) services, 95% agreed the services are valuable and 97% would recommend them to others. Their ringing endorsement promises bottom-line results for plan sponsors as well, since pharmacists uncovered and addressed drug-related problems in 44% of their interventions with participating employees.
